Game Is Game ("we," "our," "the App") respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and your choices. By using Game Is Game, you agree to the practices described here.
Game Is Game does not require you to create an account or sign in. We do not collect your name, email address, or any personal profile information to use the App.
When you upload a screenshot or paste text into the App, that content is sent to a third-party AI provider solely to generate reply suggestions or chatbot responses. We do not permanently store your uploaded screenshots or conversation text on our own servers beyond what's needed to process your request and briefly cache results for the "gimme more" feature. We do not use your uploaded content to train AI models, and we do not sell or share your conversation content with advertisers.
Please avoid uploading screenshots containing highly sensitive personal information (such as financial details, medical information, or another person's private data) that you would not want processed by a third-party AI service.
If you subscribe to the paid version of the App, your payment is processed entirely through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store. We do not receive or store your credit card or payment details. Apple/Google may share limited subscription status information (such as active/expired) with us to unlock paid features on your device.
The free chatbot feature is supported by ads served through Google AdMob. AdMob may collect device identifiers, approximate location, and usage data to serve relevant ads, in accordance with Google's own privacy policy. You may see a consent prompt (per applicable law, such as GDPR or CCPA) allowing you to manage ad personalization preferences.
We may collect limited technical data such as device type, operating system, app version, and crash logs, used only to maintain and improve the App.
Since there are no accounts, there is no persistent user profile to delete. Any temporary processing data (such as a screenshot sent for analysis) is not retained after your session ends, beyond short-term caching needed for regenerating suggestions in the same session.
Game Is Game is not intended for use by children under 17. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
