How does Game Is Game work? Upload a screenshot of a chat conversation, and the App reads it and generates reply suggestions. You can also use the free chatbot for general texting and dating advice, or generate pickup lines.
Why isn't my screenshot being read correctly? Make sure the screenshot is clear, well-lit, and shows the full conversation you'd like a reply for. Cropped or blurry screenshots may not process correctly.
How do I unlock unlimited screenshot uploads? Tap "Upload a Screenshot" and follow the prompt to start your free trial or subscribe. Subscriptions are billed through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store.
How do I cancel my subscription? Subscriptions are managed through your device, not through the App directly.
I reinstalled the app / got a new phone. How do I get my subscription back? Open the App, go to the menu (☰) in the top-left corner, and tap "Restore Purchases." This restores your subscription automatically as long as you're signed into the same Apple ID or Google account used to purchase it.
I was charged but the app isn't unlocking premium features. Try tapping "Restore Purchases" in the menu first. If that doesn't resolve it, contact us below with your purchase receipt or order ID.
Do I need to create an account? No. Game Is Game does not require sign-up or login. Your subscription is tied to your Apple ID or Google account, not an account within the App.
